烘馬鈴薯蛋
材料:馬鈴薯,起士絲,蛋,鹽,胡椒粉                                               
                                                                               
1.先把蛋打散                                                                   
2.馬鈴薯削皮蒸過或用熱水煮熟,用壓泥器按壓                                      
3.把蛋液混合馬鈴薯泥加起士絲用攪拌器攪一攪,加入適量的鹽和胡椒粉                
4.放入熱油的平底鍋中,待底部熟後將盤子放在鍋上倒置                              
5.這時盤子正面的烘蛋是熟的,再放入油鍋中把底部煎熟    

烤馬鈴薯球

材料  馬鈴薯一顆  土司三片  奶油30克  鹽少許                                  
                                                                               
作法  1.馬鈴薯用水煮爛...拿出來壓成泥狀                                        
                                                                               
      2.土司切邊  切成丁狀...                                                  
                                                                               
      3.把土司和馬鈴薯泥均勻攪拌加入溶化的奶油和少許的鹽巴                     
                                                                               
        把攪拌好的東西搓成球狀(節目上是用手攪拌比較快)                         
                                                                               
      4.放入舖好烘焙紙的烤盤  用大火烤20分鐘                                   
                                                                               
      5.20分鐘到了拿出來加起司絲放再馬鈴薯球的上頭                             
                                                                               
      6.在放入烤箱烤5分鐘就ok了~                                               
                                                                               
ps.烤前先在馬鈴薯球上塗些蛋黃烤出來會更漂亮喔~                                 
   還有可以使用微波爐或隔水加熱使奶油溶化喔~      

馬鈴薯燉肉

材料:雞翅4隻、馬鈴薯3個、可樂1瓶、鹽、胡椒適量                               
                                                                               
作法:1.雞翅處理好洗淨,撒上鹽、胡椒放在火上烤,烤到兩面有點焦。              
                                                                               
2.馬鈴薯削皮,切成2~3㎝寬的小丁塊沖水洗淨,放入作法2。                       
                                                                               
3.水適量放入鍋中,將可樂倒入至淹過全部材料。                                  
                                                                               
4.先以大火煮5分鐘。                                                           
                                                                               
5.再改中火煮至稠狀,湯汁略收乾,不要燒焦即可。                                
                                                                               
不一定要雞翅啦~                                                

培根煎馬鈴薯片

1.培根三片  切成小片                                                          
  (今天使用培根的寬度大概是平常早餐店的一半  大家請按喜好增減                  
    如果你買的培根不像我在莫斯科買的這麼瘦,建議可以少用一點)                  
2.馬鈴薯兩個  一大一小  切片                                                   
  (因為兩個大的我吃不完...)                                                    
3.維也納小香腸  好幾個                                                         
  (是因為剛好冰箱有....)                                                       
4.IKEA不沾平底鍋一枚                                                           
                                                                               
開火後,將培根片平均散佈在平底鍋內,開中火                                     
待培根出油,脂肪的部分開始變色,將馬鈴薯片散佈在培根上                         
丟入維也納小香腸                                                               
                                                                               
蓋鍋蓋,可以聽一下音樂,打一下bb,上一下msn                                    
約十分鐘後可以翻面                                                             
煎到一半肚子餓,可以把小香腸先拿出來吃掉 XD                                    
                                                                               
煎得兩面金黃就可以上桌囉                                                       
                                                                               
煎久一點會更脆,像洋芋片,我都馬煎到變餅乾才裝盤 :Q
