牛蒡後切絲,切一點肉絲                                                         
泡在冷水中10分鐘去除澀味(可以用洗米水)                                        
鍋中放一點油,                                                                  
拿一部份的牛蒡絲下去炒一下,用小火                                              
然後再放入肉絲炒一下,                                                          
等牛蒡跟肉絲顏色都變了之後                                                      
再把其他的牛蒡放下去略炒一下,                                                  
加入糖一杯、醬油、水煮到入味                                                    
然後加一點點的鹽吧拌一下                                                        
就好了                                                                          
                                                                                
吃之前灑一些芝麻更好吃
